Nick Hudson Visits Ormiston NEW Academy

Posted on: 25th September 2019

Ormiston NEW Academy is sponsored by Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT). OAT is one of the largest not-for-profit multi-academy trusts in England. Yesterday we were visited by Nick Hudson who is the chief executive officer of the Trust.

Nick Hudson said: “It’s fantastic to see the school year getting off to such a strong start at Ormiston NEW Academy. The new principal Craig and his team have really hit the ground running, setting high expectations for staff and students and we are excited to see what this academic year holds for the academy.

“We look forward to working closely with the fantastic team at the academy, as Ormiston NEW continues on its journey of achievement.”

OAT educates 29,000 pupils across six English regions, in 30 secondary schools, seven primary schools and one special school. They are one of the longest established trusts and have been sponsoring academies since 2009. Their mission is to become the Trust that makes the biggest difference, both inside and outside the classroom. We are proud to be a part of the OAT family.
