What you will study?

You will study essential values of care for use with individuals in care settings. Different way of communicating and working with individuals in health, social care and early years settings. The pathways for providing care in health, social care and early years settings

  • Having the ability to meet deadlines
  • Be able to independently research

How is the course assessed?

Internally assessed through coursework and externally through an exam. Internally assessments will include: written assignments, presentations and interviews.

What might you study after this?

This course could lead to study at Level 3 in BTECs or further education in other areas.

Possible careers

Future careers could involve working in nurseries, schools, and playgroups as teachers or assistants or in a managerial role in a nursery etc.
