At Ormiston NEW Academy we really value the support that employers offer our students. We run a variety of activities that require input from employees at all levels in an organisation. Activities include talks with small groups of students to discuss the employers job role and career pathways to larger events working with students on enterprise activities or developing employability skills. We also look for visits to workplaces to give our students a greater understanding of what the workplace is like.
