NEW Football Academy

About Us

We are a full-time football education programme that allows students from the age of 16-19 to train and play competitive football alongside their studies. Founded by Academy Director and ex-professional footballer Richard Forsyth (Formerly of Birmingham city, Stoke city etc) in 2015, the football academy is now in its 8th year of running and has grown significantly with many students having successful careers in the game, both on and off the pitch. We have recently helped develop and produce 2 professional footballers, Levi Andoh and Stanley Anaebonam respectively with many others forging careers in non-league. Off the pitch, we have another success in Jack Bolger who is now a full-time analyst at Wolverhampton wanderers.

As an academy, our focus is to ensure all players are provided opportunities in football to showcase their talents to clubs in both the football league and non-league pyramid. It is the aim of Head coach (UEFA B Licensed) and mentor George Forsyth (Current semi-professional player at Telford United) to help nurture and improve students technically, tactically and physically to enable them the best chance to succeed.

We have recently joined forces with local community club; T.T Elite! With this partnership, it has allowed the academy to grow with the great work the club does within the local community with grassroots teams from the ages of u7 – u14’s. Coach Josh (founder of ttcoachingdevelopment) is a specialist 1 to 1 coach who works closely with all of our academy players to help them improve their specific needs.
