We are very excited to be able to offer your child the chance to join us at the theatre to watch a performance of the award-winning West-End show, Hamilton!
The performance is on Wednesday 10th July 2024 at The Birmingham Hippodrome, B5 4TB. Students will be transported by coach from the Academy at 5.30pm and arrive back at the Academy at around 11.30pm.
The cost of the visit is being partly paid for by the Academy so we are asking for a payment of just £30.00, this is non-refundable due to a pre booked ticketing system. Students may bring money for any snacks or drinks they wish to consume during the performance or if they wish to buy any Hamilton memorabilia.
Please could the attached medical form and the payment be returned to the Finance Office, no later than Friday 8th March. The visit is limited to 47 places and these will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Any student who require medication must bring this with them, if they do not have this in their possession they may not be able to attend. Students will be representing the Academy whilst on the trip and therefore behavioural standards need to be consistently high prior to the trip.
Students are not required to wear uniform but must dress appropriately for a theatre setting.
Due to the time of return students must be collected from the coach by an adult or elder sibling, we cannot let students make their own way home.
